Consulting work for SERVIOR: support in developing a corporate philosophy and strategy
In the year 2000, 17 senior citizens’ residences in Luxembourg merged into one association called
SERVIOR. They requested LIFE services to develop a harmonized corporate philosophy, and project a new and coherent image of SERVIOR to the
public. LIFE guided this process in intensive workshops using various mediation techniques. SERVIOR personnel was actively involved, thus yielding a product of high acceptance. This
highly interactive process went even further and diluted - based on a balanced scorecards approach - concrete strategies for daily work processes, and identified new goals and
ambitions to be pursued by the association.
