ISA - The assessment
The International Schools’ Assessment (ISA)
instruments include both multiple choice and open-ended
questions, and measure the following dimensions:
Mathematical literacy
- quantity (related to number and measurement)
- space and shape (related to geometry)
- uncertainty (related to estimation, data and probability)
- change and relationships (related to algebra and functional
relationships)
Reading literacy
- retrieving information
- interpreting
- reflecting and evaluating
Writing
- content
- structure
- language
- spelling
