Research and consulting for the European Commission: support in developing a framework for benchmarks of educational systems

The high emphasis placed on education and training and the goal set by the Lisbon European Council in March 2000, led the European Commission to propose concrete targets or benchmarks to be reached by 2010. LIFE provided consultative support in the initial phase of this process.
